FOOTBALL DAY – THURSDAY 5th APRIL
Next Thursday we are holding a football day in school. On that day children will need to come to school in their PE/Football kit and trainers.

SPORT RELIEF
Thank you to everyone who has sent in their sponsor money. So far we have raised over £900 (what a brilliant effort). If you have not already sent in your sponsor money, please make sure it is in by Wednesday 4th April.

SWIMMING LESSONS
After Easter Year 5 and a small group of Year 4 will be going swimming commencing Tuesday 24th April. A letter will be sent home after the Easter break.

CHRISTINGLE
I would like to say a big Thank You to everyone who attended our Christingle Coffee Morning and our Christingle Service on the weekend of 4th and 5th February 2012. A total of £399.51 has been raised and I have now sent a cheque to The Children’s Society for this amount. Thank you once again for all your help, which is greatly appreciated.

MESSY FAMILY CHURCH
The Mothers Union are joining forces with MessyChurchand have arranged an event which will be ideal for all the family, called MessyFamilyChurch. This will be held in Liverpool Cathedral from 11.00am to 1.00pm on Saturday 31st March 2012. The theme will be Palm Sunday. There will be one hour of crafts and a short worship, finishing with a picnic (please bring your own) and a treat for everyone to take away.
