NON-UNIFORM DAY – JOSEPH’S GOAL
Thank you to everyone who supported our non-uniform day to raise funds for local charity Joseph’s Goal. We raised £222.30. Thank you once again for your generosity and support.

WORLD BOOK DAY – THURSDAY 7TH MARCH
We are celebrating World Book Day on Thursday 7th March. On the day children can choose to come to school dressed as their favourite character from a book or in their pyjamas.

METROFRESH THEMED LUNCHES
PANCAKE DAY – TUESDAY 5TH MARCH
Pancakes will be served after lunch (normal Tuesday menu as below). If those children who normally bring sandwiches for their lunch would like to take part, please return the slip at the bottom of this newsletter by as soon as possible. The cost of the meal will be £2.30 for KS2 children only.

LONDON MARATHON FUNDRAISER
In April, Anthony Turner, a member of St Andrew’s Church, will be running the London Marathon for the charity ‘WHIZZ KIDZ’ who supports disabled children with vital mobility equipment.
There is a cake and coffee fundraising afternoon to support this cause on Saturday 2nd March 1pm-4pm. Everyone is welcome, there will be a raffle, bingo and a kid’s corner, so something for all the family.
Please join us if you can.
FRIENDSHIP CIRCLE
This will be held on Thursday 7th March from 12.45pm-3pm and costs £2 per person, including drinks and snacks. No membership is required and you don’t have to attend every month. We aim to bring people together in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere for companionship.
ANNUAL CHURCH QUIZ NIGHT
This will take place in the Parish Centre on Saturday 30th March, 7.30pm for a 7.45pm start.
Tickets are £4 each and are available from Jean on 01942 741499 or Janet on 01942 512675. Tickets include supper!!
Please bring your own drinks and pens. There will also be a raffle and all monies raised will be donated to church funds. Please join us if you can.
