The Friends of St Andrews, our PTA, will be holding a number of fundraising events over the course of the school year. If you have any unwanted or duplicate Christmas presents you could donate to us for raffle prizes, we would be most grateful.

GDPR FORMS
A reminder for all PTA members. If you still have not completed a GDPR form, can you do so ASAP please. These are a necessity for all members. I cannot accept one completed online as I need your actual signature. Forms have been sent out with the Minutes of our last meeting. Hard copies are available from Mrs Swift in the school office. Please hand completed forms into the school office.

WIGAN ATHLETIC FEBRUARY HALF TERM COURSES
Please find below details of upcoming football and dance courses running over the February half term holidays. The courses are just £10 a day and open to boys and girls aged between 6–14 years.
Football – Monday 18th-Friday 22nd February 9.00am-3.30pm at Standish High School.
Dance – Monday 18th-Friday 22nd February 9.00am-3.30pm at Standish High School.

X-PLOSION – JUNIOR YOUTH GROUP
Everyone welcome ages 9-13 – every 3rd Saturday of the month 3-5 pm, £1 entry at St Andrews Parish Centre, Woodhouse Lane. Fun with a variety of games, activities, crafts, music, sports, themed events, comfy corner to chill-out, prayer, refreshments and tuck-shop. Outdoor activities in summer months. Occasional local trips out.
Our themes for 2019 are:
19 Jan – New Beginnings: Forgiveness.
16 Feb – Love Your Neighbour. 16 March – Celebrating Mothers.
27 April (note this is week 4) – Late Easter & Spring Celebrations.
18 May – Respect Your Environment. 15 June – Celebrating Fathers.
All young people must be registered by an adult on their first visit.
