WELCOME BACK!
Welcome back to everyone to a new school year! It’s lovely to see all our St Andrew’s girls and boys again after the summer – we have missed them so much! A huge welcome to our new Reception children and their families, it’s great to have you as part of our big St Andrew’s family!
Most of you will have noticed that our entrance area and admin office has been re-modelled, and we also have the much awaited soft outdoor flooring under the canopy. Now all we need is a brand new St Andrew’s School sign (donations appreciated ?).
We go into the new school year celebrating a fantastic set of SATs results. We are so proud of our St Andrew’s children as always, and I thank you for supporting them in their academic success. All credit to the hardworking teaching staff too, without whom these excellent results would not be possible. However, we know at St Andrew’s that excellent achievement is merely a by-product of happy, safe, confident children, so our main priority will always be to provide the best and happiest experience we can for them in a loving atmosphere.

COMMANDO JOE
We have had a fantastic response for our next Commando Joe sessions. Unfortunately, there are now no more places left.

TABLE TOP SALE & TREASURE HUNT
Our Church Social Committee is holding a Table Top Sale in and around the Parish Centre on Saturday 15th September from 10.00am-2.00pm. If you would like to book a space there are still a few available, price £5.00 (payable in advance) but you must bring your own table. Set up time is 9.00am. Please ring Jean on 01942 741499 to book.
The Treasure Hunt will take place on the same day. Clue sheets are available (price £1.00) from the Parish Centre between 10.00am and 12.30pm. The Hunt will be local (on foot) and last about an hour. Everyone is welcome, but children must be accompanied by an adult. Refreshments and game stalls will be in the Parish Centre. Please come along, take part in the Hunt, have lunch and browse the stalls. Hope to see you there.

ANDY’S KIDS
Andy’s Kids will restart on Sunday 16th September at 10.30am in the Parish Centre. All children over 3 years welcome.
The dates for this year are:
• 23rd, 30th September
• 21st, 28th October
• 18th, 25th November
• 15th December.
