We are all different. We are all unique. We are all special. Today in Whole School Worship, we celebrated being different by wearing our odd socks.

This week we are taking part in the national Anti-Bullying Week. We talked about what bullying is and what we should do if we see bullying occurring in our school. We highlighted that bullying is repetitive, intentional hurting of a person or people by another person or group, where there is an imbalance of power. Bullying can happen face to face or online.

We talked about how we can ‘reach out’ to others for help if we see bullying occurring.

We can reach out to teachers, friends, parents, carers, family members or other trusted adults for help and support.
