WARM WEATHER

Could parents/carers please ensure children wear sun cream and a hat to school during the expected heat wave. Sun cream should be applied at home in the morning. Also, please ensure children bring in a water bottle.

DATES FOR YOUR DIARY

Women’s Euros Day

Thursday 23rd June. To celebrate the Women’s Euros being held in England this summer, we are having a Girls’ Football Day at Wigan Academy. All the girls in the school will take part in a festival of football at Wigan Academy during the day. The boys shall stay at school and enjoy a fun and active day. Can all children please wear their PE kits to school on this day.

Sports Day

Friday 24th June on the school field.

· Reception and KS1 10:00am

· KS2 1:30pm

Can all children please wear their PE kits to school on this day (I know that this is for 2 days in a row, sorry!). Parents/carers are very welcome to spectate and support the children.

Year 6 Graduation

Wednesday 13th July in St Andrew’s Church 2pm.
