This week in the UK it is Child Mental Health Week and the theme this year is ‘Express Yourself’, finding creative ways to share feelings, thoughts, or ideas,
through things like art, writing, music, dance and doing things that make you feel good.
Each day there is a new activity from our online PSHE resource, Coram Scarf. Here is the link to follow for more information and the 5 daily activities for the week. Once on the webpage, just click on the day of the week under each SCARF letter. Remember that being able to express yourself is not about being the best at something or putting on a performance for others. It is about finding a way to show how you are feeling that can help you feel good about yourself.
