Your child should have brought home a bag for our next collection on Wednesday 9^th October 2019 at 9.00am.  Bags should be left at the Mort Street entrance gates on the day, or can be left in school before the collection day if necessary.  Thank you for your continued support.

NASAL FLU VACCINATIONS – WEDNESDAY 27^TH NOVEMBER 2019

The nasal flu process this year can be consented online via a link which has been sent out by email.

It is important that you have completed and returned the form previously sent home to provide a current email address for this purpose.  Please note there will not be any paper forms available for this process.

Please look out for the email link (check junk folders also just in case).  If you have not received your link please contact the school office.

If you would like your child to receive the nasal flu vaccine in school please click on the link to complete an online YES consent form; however if you do not wish for your child to be vaccinated please fill in a NO form.
