OUR HARVEST CELEBRATION
This half-term we have been exploring the Christian value of Thankfulness. We have been thinking about our wonderful world and celebrating all of God’s creation. We have thanked God for our family, our friends, our church and our school.
Our Harvest Celebration of thankfulness will be on Tuesday 16th October at 9.15am in church. All are welcome and we hope you can join us.

CHURCH NEWS
Please remember that this Sunday is the 5th Sunday and our joint hub service will be held at St Catherine’s Church, with a 10.45am start. All welcome.
Afternoon Friendship Circle – this is a new venture which will debut in Thursday 1st November 1pm-3pm (approx.) in the main hall of the Parish Centre. Entry is £2 per person including light refreshments and there will be the screening of a film. For more information please contact Irene Smith 01942 237944 or Jean Moss 01942 741499.
Christmas Mini Mart – this will be held in church and the Parish Centre in Saturday 1st December -10am – 2pm. Stalls cost £10 each. If you wish to book a place, please contact Jean (01942 741499) or Janet (01942 512675).
Escape Room – we are organising an escape room scenario on a Saturday in December. Anyone interested in forming a team to crack the codes in an hour, please contact Jean or Janet on the numbers above.

BAG2SCHOOL
Your child should have brought home a bag for our next collection on Wednesday 10th October 2018 at 9.00am. Bags should be left at the Mort Street entrance gates on the day, or can be left in school before the collection day if necessary. Thank you for your continued support.
