Our Christian Value this half term is Friendship.
This morning in Whole School Worship we talked about kind words to say to each other. Worship Club used their fantastic drama skills to act out some drama pieces where people said unkind words to each other. Every time an unkind word was mentioned, Mrs Hoban squirted some toothpaste into the glass.

The toothpaste represented unkind words that cannot be unsaid; just like the toothpaste can’t be put back into the tube once it is squirted out.
We must, therefore, think about what we are going to say before we speak. We must be thoughtful, just like James taught us in the Bible.
Lilly and a Grace read a lovely prayer and we finished with a blessing from Vicar Tina.
