School closes at 1.00pm on Thursday 18th July. Please make the necessary arrangements to collect your child at this earlier time. School re-opens for the new school year on Tuesday 3rd September.

ST ANDREW’S GETS A GREAT RESULT IN THE SIAMS INSPECTION!
I am delighted to be sending you a copy of our recent SIAMS inspection report. As you know we had our Ofsted Inspection last November, and as a CofE school we also have to be inspected by the diocese. This took place on 13th June. I am very proud to share with you the findings of the inspection, and I would like to thank the children for their excellent behaviour and attitude on the day, and all the staff for their hard work, particularly Mrs Cavanagh who is our Excellence and Distinctiveness leader. Well done to everyone!

TOY DAY
We are having a toy day on Thursday 18th July. Children may bring a toy to play with (but please not one with lots of parts as they may get lost).

SCHOOL REPORTS
Reports will be out tomorrow for YR-Y5 (slightly later than last year due to a technical problem). Y6 will be out on Wednesday as we are waiting for confirmation of some SATs results.
