SCHOOL SURVEY – A BIG THANK YOU!
We received well-over 100 responses to our survey which is a great return.
Many thanks to everyone who took the time to fill in the form and make comments. I will share the results with you in the next couple of weeks once we have collated all the information.

THIS HALF TERMS CHRISTIAN VALUE IS ‘COMPASSION’
In worship this half term we are exploring the value of compassion. We are thinking about how we reflect the kindness, mercy and compassion of Jesus, both within school and within the community.
Please encourage your child to share the stories and discussions we have during worship and encourage them to think of ways they can show compassion to others.

CHRISTINGLE
Christingle this year will be celebrated in a slightly different way. On Friday 3rd February 2017 we shall be visiting St Andrew’s School to celebrate with the children in school. We would like the children to be able to make their own Christingle and we shall be sending out collecting candles for the children to raise vital funds for the children’s society. We will then be holding a Café Church style Christingle celebration on Sunday 5th February 2017 in the Parish Centre. There are envelopes on the table at the back of church for any donations to the children’s society.
The most expensive part of organising Christingle is the cost of the oranges and sweets, and as we are going to school we will require more of these. If anyone feels able to make a donation towards the costs of purchasing the oranges, I would be very grateful. Please pass any donations into the school office.
