P.E. and Sport Premium

The PE and Sport Premium is designed to help primary schools improve the quality of the PE and sport activities that they offer their pupils.

The PE and Sport Premium allocation for 2025-26 is £17,730

This will be spent in a number of ways to enhance learning in PE and school sport for all pupils.

These include:

Increasing CPD (Continued Professional Development) training opportunities for teaching staff and non-teaching staff
Sustaining and increasing the number and range of inter-school sporting competitions
Sustaining and increasing the number and quality of intra-school sporting competitions
Further improving the quality of PE, through links with clubs and sporting organisations
Increasing opportunities for physical activity and promotion of healthy lifestyles within and beyond the curriculum
Additional playground equipment for playtime PE activities
Additional resources to support school sport
