HINNING HOUSE OUTDOOR PURSUITS CENTRE

Next week a group of Y6 children and Miss Taylor, Mr Hoban, Mrs Preston and Mrs Holmes are going to Hinning House in the Lake District. We all hope they have a fantastic week.

 CHRISTMAS OUTINGS & PARTIES

Key Stage 2 children are going to the cinema on Tuesday 18th December in school time. It is uniform as usual and the children do not need any money. The Key Stage 1 party is on Wednesday 19th December. On that day the children will come in their party clothes. They will have an early lunch as the party is in the afternoon. We are asking for donations of biscuits (Kit Kats, Cadbury’s Fingers, Twix etc) for the party. Many thanks.

 School finishes on Friday 21st December at the earlier time of 1.00pm. Please make the necessary arrangements to collect your child at this earlier time. (The Staff)

DERIAN HOUSE CHRISTMAS NOVELTIES

 This year we are selling a selection of Christmas novelty characters on behalf of Derian House. Cost £1.00. Many thanks.

CHRISTMAS WITH THE LUNCH BUNCH

Christmas lunch will be held on Tuesday 18th December. If those children who normally bring sandwiches for their lunch would like to take part, please return your form as soon as possible. The cost of the meal will be £1.95. (School Kitchen Staff)

YOUNG GENERATIONS

Please join us this Sunday for our Young Generations Sunday Slot when we will be thinking about Christmas. It’s a fun packed service so come along at 10.45am; we hope to see you there. Could all the children involved in the service please be at church by 10.30am. Our next meeting will be after Christmas on Monday 14th January in the Parish Centre at 3.30pm. May I take this opportunity on behalf of all the Young Generations leaders to thank everyone for their support, and all the children for their hard work and commitment.
